May I purchase your products in the store? Most products listed on our website are also available at any Mylkbar location.

Do you offer gift wrapping? ALL products are packaged in signature Mylkbar branded envelopes or boxes. Because who doesn’t like receiving a pretty package in the mail?!

Is there an expiration date on your products? Expirations vary by manufacturer and are listed on packaging. Because the products we distribute are made from all natural and organic ingredients, we recommend usage within 2 years of purchase or 6 months after opening for best performance. 

Where are your products made? All products are made in the USA.  

Is it normal for products to vary slightly from one purchase to another? Yes! All of the products we carry are sourced using the finest natural and organic ingredients. Because many of the products are plant based, there may be slight variations in scent, color, and texture. Much of this is impacted by the time of year the pure ingredients are harvested. Some products may need to be thoroughly mixed, or stirred, upon opening as products tend to settle and separate naturally. We do not carry products containing emulsifiers, or wax, which lends a pure and highly effective natural product. As Bob Marley once said “Stir It Up”!

Are your products cruelty-free? We are proud to say that none of our products are tested on animals! This goes for products online and the products carried in studios.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

How can I check the status of my order? Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email from USPS with your order number and shipping status (allow 1-2 days for your shipping status to update). You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account.

Can I cancel an order once it is submitted? If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at hello@mylk-bar.com and we will be happy to help! Orders cannot be changed, or cancelled, once they are shipped.

How does Mylkbar ship orders and when will I receive my order? Our standard shipping is via Priority USPS Ground, which generally arrives in 1 to 2 days after the order is processed. We are a small operation and try our very best to ship orders next day. However, please note that our standard shipping and processing occurs Monday - Friday with orders being processed within 72 hours of receipt. 

What if my product shipped, but was never delivered? All shipments include a USPS tracking number for your ordered products. In the rare instance that a shipment goes missing, we recommend immediately contacting your local USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you! If your package says it has been delivered, but it is still missing, please contact your local USPS post office; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. While Shopify automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, there is still a chance that an invalid address was entered, which makes the product shippable yet undeliverable.  

What is your return policy? Mylkbar offers full refunds or replacements, less shipping and handling, within 7 days of customer receipt. Customer receipt is defined as the date product was delivered to your door – not the day you happen to open the product. Please do not order products if you will not be present for delivery within the timeframe of delivery. Keep in mind most products are made of natural ingredients that will not remain stable in a hostile environments or extreme temperatures. Once the product has been received and inspected by a team member, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened packages. Please email all refund or replacement requests to hello@mylk-bar.com
